Royal Saint Andrews Hotel. New Menu Photoshoot

A few months ago I was asked to do a days photo shoot of some additions to the new menu of a luxury hotel. As always it was a great challenge and a lot of fun. Included on this post is some of those images. I would write more but I am suddenly quite hungry again!

Grilled King Prawn; Mussel Ragu and Garlic Butter;


Seared Beef Fillet with cauliflower puree, crispy onion rings and sauce poivrade

Tomato  crisp, tomato & chill jam and twice baked corn souffle


Asian Salad: crisp asian greens, crispy confit duck leg with hoisin sauce and matsuhisa dressing



Hickory smoked pork belly with micro greens and apple compote

Kamikaze Fries
